BearCat Rubber Pumps are specially designed to pump rubberized or polymer modified asphalt blends. Prominent design features include;

Hardened Severe Duty Roller Bearings

Hardened severe duty roller bearings have proven very successful in pumping Asphalt/Rubber. The bearings not only increase the service life but also make the pump predictable, and as a consequence help avoid un-expected downtime. Learn more.

Our "Rubberized" pumps have a helical  gear design that will continually produce a smooth flow of material at the highest production demands. A steady flow is critical when metering through a Micro Motion mass flow meter. Learn more.



R Series Pumps

The 'R series' is our best all around rubber pump. Combining a heated relief valve for both forward and reverse flow, phase balanced gears, and heavy duty bearings makes this the optimal pump for Asphalt/Rubber. Extremely versatile, this pump shines whether it is being used for a critical metering system with a Micro Motion flow meter, a BearCat asphalt distributor, or just a high volume, "get job done" off-loading pump.


Fully re-buildable; Our pump exchange program allows you to trade-in a completely wore-out pump for a factory refurbished. Good as new at a fraction of the cost. Best of all, you can receive the refurbished pump before pulling you old pump off-line and thereby minimizing down time.
960 Gearset


AR-960 Rubber Pump

The AR-960 is probably best suited as a 'blend transfer' pump. Its large displacement make it the optimal pump for rapid transfer from the blend tank to the reaction vessel.

Shown in the picture, the pump may be set-up as a stand alone skid, or mounted on the trailer and driven with a gearbox.

FULLY re-buildable!. In fact, a rebuilt pump is actually better than new! The steel sleeves we use to sleeve the housing have better wear properties the original casting.  Consult factory for more information.
