For anyone who has ever cussed at the old style strainers (complete with 16 rusted bolts) this is a 'must have'!
The body is cast aluminum with an oil-jacketed base. Heat conduction up the sidewalls is amazingly fast. Two cam lock latches secure the lid with an embedded Viton® O-ring seal. Take the lid on and off as often as like, the Viton® O-ring reseals every time! Best of all, you can be in and out in less than 10 minutes!
